In accordance with Article 27 of the law, Kalemi Travel implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, unauthorized access, or other forms of unlawful processing.

Users bear the responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, including email addresses and passwords. Any failure to secure these credentials that results in unauthorized access is not the liability of Kalemi Travel.
